2026 Anticipated Strands

These strands will be held each morning Monday – Thursday.

During registration, you will select one strand for the entire week.

Strands for Anyone (Individuals or Teams)

  • Advanced Restorative Approaches: Responding When Things Have Gone Wrong – Jon Kidde
  • High-Impact UDL Strategies and Curriculum Design – Shelley Moore
  • Cultivating Joyful & Inclusive Classrooms – Deonna Smith
  • From Prompt-Dependent to Self-Directed: Teaching Executive Function Skills Across the School Day – Sarah Ward
  • Building Compassionate, Connected Learning Communities: Play with Intention – Howard Moody and Maureen Burford
  • Building Internal Capacity for Training and Consultation Around Responsive Practices – Joelle van Lent
  • Designing Positive Classrooms: Practices and Systems to Support Students and Educators – Katie Meyer
  • Building Strong Foundations: Relationships, Universal Systems, and Function-based Thinking – Jeremy Tretiak

  • Refreshing, Enhancing, and Deepening Universal PBIS Implementation
  • Installing Targeted Systems and Check-In/Check-Out
  • Beyond CICO: Expanding your Menu of Targeted Interventions
  • Installing Intensive Systems and Building FBA Capacity for Students with Complex Needs
