Technical Assistance Documents
The Technical Assistance Documents section contains the forms and documents that are part of the ongoing I-Team Technical Assistance (TA). The TA Summary is the most frequently used document.
A copy of the questions that we ask in our satisfaction survey are also an important part of our TA and will be posted this fall.
TA Summary Description
The Technical Assistance Summary (TAS) is a short record completed after each on-site or remote contact. The purpose of the TAS is:
- to document the activities of TA time
- to remind participating team members of the topics discussed
- to provide recommendations for the team’s consideration
- to document any next steps identified
