The HCBS Quality Measures Stakeholder Feedback Project engaged a wide array of Vermonters who interact with the State’s Medicaid-funded Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) in conversations about a state-led initiative to measure the quality of these services. This project was active October 2025 through February 2026.
