HCBS Quality Measures Stakeholder Engagement

HCBS Quality Measures Stakeholder Feedback Project engaged a wide array of Vermonters who interact with the State’s Medicaid-funded Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) in conversations about a state-led initiative to measure the quality of these services. This included talking with people who receive these services, family caregivers, and service providers and disability advocates.
