Rachel serves as the Assistant Director and Business Manager for the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion. She is also the data coordinator of the National Information Reporting System (NIRS) for the Association of University Centers on Disabilities for Vermont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She served on the CESS Staff Advisory Council from 2011-2014 and serves on the CDCI Leadership Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rachel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and English Literature from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA in 2009. Rachel received her M.A. in English Literature from UVM in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
