This transition guide is for deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind students transitioning from high school to post-secondary education, and is written by our Hard of Hearing Mentor, India Hoover. This transition is already a very big change so the added factor of a hearing loss can sometimes be scary and a bit daunting! The purpose of this guide is to help ease some of that stress and prepare you for what’s ahead!
