AAC Strategies Training Series
AAC Strategies Training Series
This training series focuses on exploring, identifying, and implementing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies for young children with complex communication needs. Participants build their understanding of the augmentative communication process and develop practical skills for implementing AAC with young children across everyday environments.
This training is the pre-requisite for joining our AAC Mentoring program.

“I really appreciate that this training was informal… …having an opportunity to reflect, and listening to others reflect, helps me take in the information. I felt the concepts presented are ones I am familiar with, but they were broken down in a new way that allowed me to think about them in a deeper way.”
