Guided access to relevant resources from the Vermont Continence Project

When toilet training goes well, it is generally unremarkable. When it goes poorly, it can set in motion months, or even years, of stress, uncertainty, and even conflict. This toolkit is designed to support the work of primary care providers addressing typical toilet training with patients and families. Our hope is that — by use of this toolkit — you can help families to avoid many of the common challenges that arise in toilet training.

How to Navigate this Toolkit

This toolkit has two major components: a decision tree, and recommendation and resource guides. The decision tree will link to the recommendation and resource guides, as well as other VCP and external resources.
